Buying a supplement online without relying only on the sales page

Before ordering a supplement, it is useful to separate product quality, information quality and seller quality. An attractive sales page does not necessarily answer all three questions.

Documentary analysis: manufacturer data is clearly distinguished from institutional sources and scientific literature. No diagnosis or personalised medical recommendation.

Identify who is actually selling

Check the company name, contact details, terms and conditions, return address and payment methods. Qenph does not take payment: commercial buttons send you to the partner merchant.

Check the formula and warnings

A sales page may highlight benefits while placing precautions much lower down. Look for the label, daily serving, ingredients, possible allergens and warnings.

Understand the difference between a pack and a subscription

A multi-bottle pack is not necessarily a subscription. Conversely, a discount may depend on recurring renewal. Before paying, check the amount due now, number of units received, any next charge and the cancellation procedure.

Do not judge quality by the crossed-out price

A high reference price can make a discount look spectacular without improving the formula. Compare the monthly cost, cost per dose and the actual renewal terms instead.

Keep a record of the order

  • screenshot or order-summary email;
  • subscription terms, if applicable;
  • return deadline and procedure;
  • customer service contact details;
  • proof of the amount paid.
